This page helps organize where you can purchase a spot to send in your item. Please review and purchase the correct item ticket when sending in your card, ball, photo, jersey, etc... 1 signed item per spot.

Please also include a Self-Addressed Envelope with Stamp or return shipping, or...

You may purchase shipping through us, with your item, for our flat rate fee provided. Tracking will be included.

If you would like to send cash or check with your item for a signing, please use the same address above. You will need to fill out an item(s) reservation form below to reserve a spot for a signing as well. This is ONLY if you are sending an item in with cash or check and NOT purchasing a spot below with Card or PayPal. *Also, please write all checks to “Ryan Smith”.*
